Order Cancellation

The client can only cancel the order, if it is not delivered to the cargo company.

Order Delivery

The merchandise is delivered to the cargo company in perfect condition. The client is responsible of checking the condition of the package.  Any damage should be reported to the cargo company immediately. If you are not happy with the products afterwards please refer to the Exchange section.

Exchange Policy

L'OCCITANE offers exchanges only on unopened full priced merchandise with original store receipt within 30 days of purchase. No refunds.  All sale items are final, no exchanges or refunds.
